I am always amazed that it took 25 years from the time God gave A his promise to the time it was fulfilled. I can be just as impatient and just as determined to make it work as Sarai so I love reading that God still blessed them, still fulfilled his promise in spite of them.
I love the part when God changes their names He didn't change them to what they were that day, which could have been "O ye of little Faith" but to the potential that God saw in them.
I've known that Hagar began to refer to God as "You are the God who sees me" but I've never noticed (or at least contemplated what it really means) that she said "have I seen the one that sees me". A great question I should ask myself everyday.
